The problem
Job requirements
Job requirements are just a step inside the wizard to create a new job, but its importance is great. It lets the admin to summarise the message to the candidate and present it visually as a central thing that the candidate sees already at first glance. The admin can select the requirements from the icons set and edit the text for a full customisation.

What did I do
As part of a team of 3 entrepreneurs, I am leading the product design of a web application for HR departments. Orchestrating an in-depth research, including concept building, information architecture, flow-charts and wireframes. Taking the research findings into the project, resulting in building a full design language that is both user centric and answers the business needs.
